ThankQ Overview

About ThankQ
ThankQ is a social application that encourages frequent, public recognition. It provides flexibility to recognize both small and large projects with both non-monetary and monetary options. In addition, all people managers are allocated points that can be awarded to employees for use in an online store with options to redeem points for gifts, experiences and charitable giving.

Eligibility

All Qualcomm employees and temps can use the ThankQ tool to give and receive recognition. Only regular employees are eligible to receive points and tokens.

Points

All managers with direct reports can award points along with recognition they create. Managers can also add points to a recognition someone else has created. Points can be redeemed in the online catalog, which includes a wide variety of items like electronics, gift cards, experiences and charitable giving. Points are not redeemable for cash. Points earned cannot be transferred to another participant.

Tokens

Tokens may be used to play the Scratch Game for a chance to win points and prizes.

Recognize and Win!

You receive one token for registering for ThankQ. To encourage the act of giving recognition, you also earn a token after you've given five meaningful recognitions. It’s a win-win!

Moderation
All activity on the ThankQ site must be compliant with Qualcomm's Code of Business Conduct. The administrator will remove any content that does not comply. Any employee can flag a post for review by an administrator.
